Who can place a wholesale order?
We supply Christian bookshops, gift shops, church bookstores, and authorised retail partners. At this time, we do not offer wholesale pricing to individuals.

How do I place a wholesale order?
Download and complete our Retail Order Form, then email it to james@itiswrittenstudio.co.uk.
We will confirm your order and issue an invoice.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum wholesale order is 10 prints.

What are your wholesale prices?
10–25 prints: £5.95 per print
25–50 prints: £5.45 per print
50+ prints: £4.95 per print

Do the prints come with barcodes and retail packaging?
Yes. All prints come in clear protective sleeves with a GS1-registered barcode, ready for easy scanning and in-store display.

Are the prints framed?
No. We currently supply unframed prints only.

Do you provide product codes/SKUs?
Yes. Each print has a SKU (e.g., P356-A4, R828-A4).
Series packs also include clear product codes for easy reordering.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free UK shipping on all wholesale orders.

How do I pay for my order?
An invoice will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.
Payment details and terms are included on the invoice.

Do you offer sale-or-return?
No. All wholesale orders are firm sale.

What if items arrive damaged?
Any damaged prints will be replaced within 5 days of delivery notification.
Please email photos of the damaged items when reporting an issue.

Can I return items?
Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

Do you provide marketing images for websites?
Yes. Approved retailers receive access to our product image pack for online use.

Can I sell your prints online?
Yes. Authorised retailers may sell our prints in-store and online.

Are your designs copyright protected?
Yes. All artwork is copyright It Is Written Studio.
Retailers are authorised to sell prints but not reproduce or modify designs.

Where is your studio based?
We are a UK-based studio in Liverpool.

Can I place repeat orders?
Absolutely. You can reorder any prints at any time using the same order form.
